Sign-in and the entity registry are off until these are set, and nothing is served without both. Add them to the environment and redeploy:
WORKER_API_URL
WORKER_API_URL is the backend — the Cloudflare Worker that holds the entity registry, the warehouse credentials and every query. Its own setup (the D1 database, the keys) is on that side, and it says for itself what it is still waiting for; the warehouse key and Copilot’s key can be pasted under Workspace › Connections once it answers. See docs/deployment.md.
