Sign-in and the entity registry are off until these are set, and nothing is served without both. Add them to the environment and redeploy:
CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_IDCLOUDFLARE_D1_DATABASE_IDCLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN
The CLOUDFLARE_* variables name the Cloudflare D1 database the entity registry lives in — the account, the database wrangler d1 create gpulse printed, and an API token with D1 Edit. The warehouse key and Copilot’s key can then be pasted under Workspace › Connections in the app, or set as GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS_JSON and ANTHROPIC_API_KEY; without them the screens that need them say so.
